In addition, you can make them learn some easy yoga poses or mind-refreshing exercises during such times.

Gits and surprises drive kids crazy. They are fond of such things. If you want your kid to love physical activities and exercises, gift them with such game kits. You can gift them a cricket kit, a soccer ball, a jumping rope, a skating shoe, and many others to motivate them. Remember to join them in such activities as they become more involved if you participate with them.
